WHY GLASS?

Glass glows with light, clarity and purity. It’s a classic material that offers a contemporary feel. Like stone, glass can be etched, carved and polished. But unlike stone, it can be treated with singularly innovative techniques, many of which have been invented by Amri Studio.

A glass or crystal carving is incredibly versatile; it can be a sign, lighting fixture, architectural element and art piece all at the same time. When lit, a glass carving can take on a life of its own, intriguing and delighting viewers with a play of colors and seemingly holographic images. Artfully crafted, glass can utilize transparency and light like no other sculptural material.
