This small, high-tech, multilayered crystal plaque honors the donor whose gift funded the Library’s Discovery Room. The cutting-edge, sensor-triggered and computer-programmed LED edge-lit plaque echoes the new learning technologies tested and displayed in this facility. The plaque is programmed to display six different “light shows” that appear to make the carved crystal graphics move in response to the movements of onlookers and passersby.
